Rental Details
Party Size: Please limit parties to a maximum of 20. If your party is larger than 20 people please contact us to discuss.
Blackout dates: The High Tide Lounge cannot be rented on Friday or Saturday nights and nights when we have scheduled events. please refer to our events calendar on this website.
Deposit: A deposit of $200 required to reserve your time slot, and also cover potential damage to the space and/or smoking apparatuses. The balance of the deposit will go to the rental fee. 50% of the deposit will be forfeited if the reservation isn’t canceled at least 1 week before the date of the event.
Reservation : Reservations must be made two weeks ahead of the preferred date. And deposit paid for at the time the reservation is made.
Fee: $100 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 6
Time Range: Parties can start no earlier than 10am go no later than 8pm
Rules: All attendees must adhere to existing lounge rules (No outside product, tobacco, alcohol)
Outside food and drinks allowed unless they contain alcohol or cannabis.

Discounts: All party members are granted a 10% discount on all items not marked NFD at Ecocann.
